On February 26, 2024, Robert Eubanks joined us as Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer. Robert leads our overall technology vision and strategy across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and AI innovation. His work sits at the intersection of Generative AI, multi-agent systems, and human-centered design, with a focus on applying AI in practical ways to solve real business challenges.

Robert brings 10+ years of AI experience and has been at the forefront of building strong human-machine collaboration into scalable products. That blend of depth and pragmatism makes him a powerful fit for this moment in our growth.

Our mission is to reduce loneliness at work and make belonging easier to build. We do that by helping employees form genuine connections through experiences that feel personal, inclusive, and actually fun, not forced networking or check-the-box events. As we expand, the goal stays the same: scale connection without losing what makes it meaningful for each person.

In his role, Robert is guiding the continued evolution of our platform on a modern, secure, extensible stack, embedding AI more deeply into how we personalize experiences and support organizations at scale.

A critical part of his leadership will also be ensuring trust and reliability for the organizations we serve. He is guiding compliance with SOC-2 Type-2, GDPR, and ISO standards, so customers can feel confident that connection and safety go hand-in-hand.

Beyond the product, Robert will represent our work in the broader AI ecosystem, collaborating with industry leaders, investors, and builders focused on responsible, human-centered innovation.
