CoExperiences Announces New Research Collaboration

CoExperiences today announced research partnerships with four leading scholars whose work sits at the intersection of networks, belonging, and organizational life:

  • Dr. Giuseppe “Joe” Labianca, Berthiaume Chaired Professor of Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management
  • Joshua (Josh) Luker, a management doctoral researcher at University of Massachusetts Amherst
  • YeJin Park Roberts, a PhD candidate in Management & Organizations at NYU Stern
  • Dr. Ko Kuwabara, Associate Professor of Management at the University of Kentucky

These collaborations will help us translate cutting-edge research into practical tools and experiments that strengthen community, connection, and outcomes for our customers.

Together, our partners bring complementary expertise that will directly inform product design and client programs. Dr. Labianca’s work on social networks in organizations, and the dynamics of negative ties will guide how we measure and map connection at scale. Dr. Luker’s research on social capital, networks, and social class will sharpen our understanding of inclusion and access. Dr. Park Roberts’ studies of play, psychological safety, and team cohesion will shape interventions that foster belonging. Dr. Kuwabara’s research on networking and social exchange will inform evidence-based ways to activate relationships and trust across communities. By aligning scholarship with real-world pilots, we aim to speed up the path from insight to impact for the organizations we serve.
