Please join me in welcoming Will Ford as our new VP of Strategy. Will comes with 4 years of experience, most recently on the investment team at Agility Equity Partners, a Lower Middle Market private equity firm. In addition to investment team responsibilities, he worked closely with their business development and investor relations teams as the firm was growing.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and loves playing and coaching soccer when he’s not at home strategizing.
